It is a platform for the local Keralite community, who have migrated from South India, to showcase its rich and vibrant culture in Tasmania HMA is a non-profit community and cultural organisation. It is a voluntary organization committed to the growth and togetherness of it’s members and provides assistance to new immigrants. As a Malayali in Tasmania, you will find a schedule of our cultural and sporting events in addition to other relevant information in our web pages. We will strive to provide updates on matters that are of interest to the Malayalee community in Hobart and also to those who are planning to visit or migrate to the state.

Hobart Malayali Association is governed by the Committee of Management. The Committee of Management consists of 9 members. Amongst the Committee members, a president, secretary and treasurer are selected.
